Can Oyelo remove bad reviews from Google?

No — and no one can legitimately promise that. Oyelo lets unhappy customers tell you privately first so you can make it right, and invites all your customers to share their experience.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Oyelo offers every customer your Google review link, whatever their rating. Google prohibits only asking happy customers (review gating), so we don’t do that.

What do I need to get started?

A phone number for WhatsApp Business and your Google review link. We set up your WhatsApp Business account and your first message with you on a short call.

Who pays for WhatsApp messages?

WhatsApp’s own message fees are billed by WhatsApp directly to your WhatsApp Business account, at its published rates, separate from your Oyelo plan.
